Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada ichki ishlar organlari (IIO) xodimlarining kasbiy moslashuv jarayoni murakkab psixologik fenomen sifatida kompleks tahlil qilingan. Yosh xodimlarning xizmat faoliyatiga ko‘nikishi, nazariy bilimlarni amaliyotda qo‘llashdagi kognitiv dissonans, stress omillari hamda emotsional yonish (burnout) sindromining kelib chiqish sabablari ilmiy asoslangan. Shuningdek, xodimni jamoaga va ekstremal xizmat sharoitlariga moslashtirishda "ustoz-shogird" (murabbiylik) institutining psixologik roli yoritilgan. AQSh (FTO dasturi), Germaniya va Yaponiyaning politsiya xodimlarini psixologik tayyorlash hamda kasbiy adaptatsiya borasidagi ilg‘or xorij tajribasi qiyosiy o‘rganilib, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi IIO idoraviy-psixologik xizmatini takomillashtirish yuzasidan aniq ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.


В данной научной статье процесс профессиональной адаптации сотрудников органов внутренних дел (ОВД) комплексно анализируется как сложный психологический феномен. Научно обоснованы причины привыкания молодых сотрудников к служебной деятельности, когнитивного диссонанса при применении теоретических знаний на практике, стрессовых факторов и синдрома эмоционального выгорания (burnout). Также освещена психологическая роль института наставничества в адаптации сотрудника к коллективу и экстремальным условиям службы. Изучен передовой зарубежный опыт США (программа FTO), Германии и Японии в области психологической подготовки и профессиональной адаптации полицейских, разработаны конкретные научно-практические предложения по совершенствованию ведомственной психологической службы ОВД Республики Узбекистан.


This scientific article comprehensively analyzes the process of professional adaptation of employees of internal affairs bodies (IAB) as a complex psychological phenomenon. The reasons for young employees' habituation to official duties, cognitive dissonance when applying theoretical knowledge in practice, stress factors, and the syndrome of emotional burnout are scientifically substantiated. The psychological role of the mentoring institute in adapting an employee to the team and extreme service conditions is also highlighted. The advanced foreign experience of the USA (FTO program), Germany, and Japan in the psychological training and professional adaptation of police officers was comparatively studied, and specific scientific and practical proposals were developed for improving the departmental psychological service of the IAB of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
