Abstract
This article analyzes the importance of physical activity in maintaining the health of law enforcement officers. The effects of occupational stress, hypodynamia, psycho-emotional strain, and professional fatigue on the human body are discussed. Based on scientific evidence, the positive impact of regular physical exercise on the cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems, as well as its role in improving professional performance, is highlighted.
